Ordering
Orders are placed through this site’s cart with cash on delivery in Morocco. We confirm by phone or email before processing. No automated card payments are collected on this website.
Delivery
Morocco delivery is typically arranged via local carriers (Amana-like). Timing is usually 4–14 business days after confirmation depending on city and carrier. International shipping is quoted by email (e.g. DHL); you approve before we ship.
Payment
Cash on Delivery in Morocco. International orders may require prepayment after shipping quote approval.
Returns
No returns on used products. Damaged shipments: send a photo within 7 days for a free replacement when applicable.
Privacy
We store name, phone, email, address, products, and notes needed to fulfill your request. We do not collect financial card data on this site and we do not sell your data. Newsletter emails are only sent if you subscribe.
