You can place an order through the contact or order form on the Beldi Wellness website. Once submitted, the request is sent directly to us via email.<\/p>\n

All orders are reviewed manually. We do not use automated checkout systems or process online payments.<\/p>\n

Order Confirmation<\/h3>\n

After receiving your order, we will confirm it by phone and\/or email. This step ensures that all details are correct and that the order was placed intentionally.<\/p>\n

Your order is only considered confirmed once we have contacted you and verified the request. Until then, no processing begins.<\/p>\n

Shipping and Delivery<\/h2>\n

Within Morocco<\/h3>\n

We deliver throughout Morocco. The delivery fee is displayed during the order process and includes handling and shipping, typically via Amana or a similar trusted local service.<\/p>\n

Estimated delivery time is 4 to 14 business days, depending on your location. <\/span><\/p>\n

International Delivery<\/h3>\n

We ship worldwide. However, shipping fees are not fixed due to differences in courier costs, customs, and regional regulations.<\/p>\n

    Due to the handmade and natural nature of our skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used items.<\/p>\n
